Hi Francis,

I changed my mind for tasting the Boulard 96 Vintage !
I thought it would be too young.

I took a bottle of Petraea and Brut Prestige-Tradition.
– The Brut Tradition was excellent, good acidity and lively.
– The Petraea is a superb wine ( I canot remember what « number » petraea it was – sorry) very rich, full and long.
Both wines impressed our friends on the boat very much.
I will take some 96 next time.

Your champagne goes very well with sailing in the Hebrides.
